What is Byakko?
The Japanese name Byakko means "white fox".
In Japan, white foxes are said to be God's holy messengers and bring happiness to people.
Therefore, there are many shrines with white fox statues in Japan.
The white fox legend has inspired us and therefore the restaurant name has been dedicated to the white fox out of the greatest respect.
Just like the white fox brings hapiness from the divine, we want to share such hapiness with all our guests!
